Reejig - Head of Product and Experience

Forging a path for Reejig’s first Product Experience team

  • Built out Reejig’s very first Product Experience team of Designers and Product Managers: 8 talented humans that constantly energise and brighten my day-to-day.

  • Worked with a cross-functional team to design and build an accessible, world-class design system - designing for inclusion and ensuring our product is usable for all.

  • Defined and implemented customer health tracking (NPS, CES and Utilisation dashboards), allowing us to measure the impact of our work and respond with purpose.

  • Centralised customer insights in a brand new Research Repository housing all our user interviews and learnings. We can now pull together deep insights and make data-driven decisions.

  • Defined User Personas, helping us to align on a deep understanding of our audience and create a valuable, tailored and intuitive product experience.

  • Crafted and launched an entirely new website in collab with our awesome marketing and tech teams.

  • Launched our very first employee experience product - allowing an individual to imagine their potential and guide them towards it.
